Operations Lead (TS/SCI and CI Poly required)

• Oversees the execution of mission and directs operational contractor efforts, to include managing Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) teams in current operations support and COMSEC activities on the operations floor and troubleshooting operational support issues.

• Monitors and reports overall operations integrity and success

• Coordinates schedule with mission partners. 

• Coordinate and direct software and/or equipment test activities 

• Reports to Site Lead or Site Operations lead any security, staffing, or resource problems l Coordinates issues with outside mission nodes l Makes formal proposals for systems and site improvements to Site Lead and Site Operations Lead l Addresses operational issues with mission partners.

• May draft executive correspondence, provide senior level briefings and be proactive in developing solution.

Additional Duties:

• Facilities manager outside of normal duty hours Gate entry / Badging control outside of normal duty hours / Shipment control outside of normal duty hours

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• BA/BS (or equivalent experience), 5+ years of experience | Candidates should have an intelligence background with good communicative qualities. Most of the work involves all forms of communication - email, chat, and telephone.
• Must be able to work well with others - we are looking for team players.
• We are a 24/7 facility, so you must be willing to work 12-hour shifts; days/nights
• Must be able to coordinate a variety of activities during the course of a work shift.
• TS/SCI and CI Poly required.
