Please take this opportunity to join one of GDIT’s fastest long-standing growing programs!  US Battlefield Information Collection and Exploitation System eXtended (US BICES-X) is a cutting edge program supporting DoD intelligence information sharing on current and emerging global threats to mission and coalition partners and emerging nations. With an internationally dispersed team supporting each combatant command, the US BICES-X team is in direct support of the war fighter and their missions. We are seeking a creative and driven professional with a passion for solving real world issues on a cross-functional, fast paced team. 

Candidate will provide financial and budgetary support to the EUCOM team providing services to 150+ sites in over 20 countries throughout Europe. This position plays a key role toward the teams continued success in one of the most challenging and rewarding AORs.

Responsibilities:

  • Performs a variety of complex administrative and analytical tasks in support of a contract program.
  • Develops plans and schedules, and monitors tasks to meet contractual/project requirements for assigned program.
  • Monitors and reports performance against plans to ensure contractual and schedule objectives are met. Alerts management in the event objectives are at risk of not being met.
  • Coordinates with other team members to provide enterprise support as needed.
  • Interacts regularly with program employees and customers to ensure conformance with corporate, program and customer requirements.
  • Provides support to new employees during all phases of in-processing.
  • Provides out-processing support for employees leaving the site.
  • Serve as liaison between program employees and host base support units.
  • Maintain and update host country processes to ensure compliance by all employees.
  • May perform business development activities.
  • Participates in special projects as required.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of related experience, including supervisory experience
  • Must possess a US Secret Security Clearance and be capable of obtaining a US TS/SCI Security Clearance. 
  • Must have effective organizational skills.
  • Must be proficient in the use of MS Office Suite.
  • Must have effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must develop comprehensive knowledge of program requirements.
  • The work environment is fast paced and requires the ability to work on multiple projects at once and the ability to re-prioritize based on customer needs

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Basic knowledge of SharePoint desired.
  • Depending on job assignment, additional specific certifications may be required

This position may be required to complete short-term deployments to austere locations worldwide

The work is typically performed in an office environment, which requires normal safety precautions; work may require some physical effort in the handling of light materials, boxes or equipment.
