GDIT is looking for an Oracle Developer to join our team supporting the USPS in Raleigh, NC.
The Oracle Developer will augment the DevOps team for enterprise data distributions and updates, back-end database support for operational retail data as well as non-production environmental data, and front-end interfaces for all RSO hosted reports and dashboards for the RSS PMO.
Perform Oracle database Extract, Translate, and Load (ETL) processes to facilitate monitoring and reporting functions
Support Oracle databases, stored procedures, triggers
Analyze existing PL/SQL code for potential performance issues
Support for PL/SQL scripts
Provide Web Tools for end users
Support interfaces for data updates from data stewards
Validate interface data according to data specifications
Acceptance Criteria: The deliverables shall meet the following acceptance criteria in addition to compliance with the technical approach outlined below:
Number of interface files as expected and within specifications
Successful Electronic Data Distributions (EDD) for Postal products/services
Documented processes for ETL, Web Tools, interfaces, and programming logic
Bachelor’s degree Technical or combination experience and education.
This program only accepts US citizens and/or Green Card Holders. The security clearance for this program requires the selected candidate to have resided in the US for the past five years. The selected candidate cannot have left the country for longer than 90 consecutive days and no more than 180 cumulative days.
