In this position you will provide technical support services for the various internal network capabilities for Military Sealift Command (MSC).
Responsible for direct technical work on projects and installations for the internal networks in the contractor facility
Works independently and installs, operates, maintains, configures, troubleshoots, and repairs IT systems devices, cables, components, software, and end-user devices, components, software and connectivity.
Assists in the development of project plans.
Coordinates with the contractor's C4S Lead and Government user representatives to ensure accurate solutions and user satisfaction on technical matters.
Responsible for maintaining the Authority to Operate (ATO) for training network, including applying STIGs, IAVAs, and periodic patching and scanning.
Performs administration activities such as setting user accounts, roles, access, Group policy and privileges
Perform operating system software updates, upgrades and patches
5+ years of experience with Windows systems administration, software and hardware troubleshooting and end-user support
Windows OS certification
