Our work depends on a Systems Engineer / ServiceNow Advisor joining our team to support Customer activities at Herndon, VA.

As a Systems Engineer / ServiceNow Advisor supporting the Customer, you will be trusted to work on innovative solutions that will transform and enhance the Enterprise IT environment to meet the growing global mission. In this role, a typical day will include:

  • Participate in the design, test, and transition of IT business processes to the Now Platform
  • Analyzes existing Customer IT processes, explores out-of-the-box functionality, and translates functional needs into ServiceNow requirements
  • Identifies opportunities to increase utilization of the Now platform to improve business processes
  • Performs data analysis to provide developers with system requirements to guide configuration and development projects
  • Gather configuration requirements, develop conceptual design models, user stories, and manage the implementation process
  • Interface with Customers and stakeholders to document user stories, conceptualize solutions 
  • Develop product roadmaps based on operational trends and consumer demand
  • Collect requirements, analyze solutions, and perform evaluation and testing
  • Create knowledge artifacts including knowledge articles and training materials
  • Collaborate with engineering and customer teams to discuss desired product capabilities
  • Developing design ideas based on customer interests, budgets, and market research
  • Support testing on new configurations to validate capability and interoperability with existing infrastructure


Bacherlor's degree (in an IT-related field)
16+ years or relevant experience
Technical skills
TS/SCI w/ Polygraph
