Supports the PMA-299 FMS DAPML MH-60R program providing customer logistics requirements through the analysis, organization, planning, and administration of various phases of day-to-day provisioning, spares, maintenance, and/or repair activities.
-Generate daily NALCOMIS reports (High priority and Low Priority requisitions).
-Conduct daily validation of outstanding requisitions.
-Using NALCOMIS, One Touch and ERP, update all outstanding requisitions.
-Submit Supply Action Requests to expedite requisitions.
-Monitor all incoming parts at the warehouse and expedite processing/delivery to Detachment.
-Provide technical expertise in identifying suitable substitute or alternative source of supply.
-Update/complete outstanding requisitions in NALCOMIS/ERP upon receipt of material.
- Follow up with FRC via AWP on all repairable parts undergoing repair at FRC-SW.
-Track and report status of delivery of aircraft and airborne weapon system
spares, including the projected receipt of undelivered material.
-May be required to lift up to 75 pounds.
-Be on call for night check tasking.
Analyzes standard contractual documents, technical data, customer usage data, customer maintenance practices, customer operation characteristics, and related reports for assigned contracts to determine spares provisioning or maintenance/repair requirements.
Develops logistics plans in order to enhance distribution of goods and supplies.
Follows established policies, guidelines, and procedures to ensure quality and cost control.
Conducts distribution and network studies, monitors inventory and analyzes requirements in order to develop strategies to achieve desired delivery times.
Provides guidance and work leadership to less experienced staff members.
Maintains current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned.
Participates in special projects as required.
A Bachelor's Degree in the Arts or Sciences from an accredited college or university is required. A Master's Degree in the Arts or Sciences may be substituted for two (2) years of professional experience. Two (2) years of experience in field related areas may be substituted for one (1) year of college
A minimum of eight (8) years' work experience in the fields of logistics support, technical support and/or operations analysis is required.
