The All-Source Analyst - Cyber will provide support to the Program Manager and the Government USSPACECOM J2 Staff. The All-Source Analyst - Cyber will:
Author USSPACECOM J2 all-source finished intelligence products, in accordance with Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 203, 206 Analytic Tradecraft Standards, and the DIAStyle Manual for Intelligence Production
Provide daily written, verbal, and visually represented all-source analytic support to the USSPACECOM Commander and customers across the Defense Intelligence Enterprise (DIE) on foreign space capabilities including, but not limited to, foreign adversary space doctrine, strategy, communications and collections, vulnerabilities, platforms, assembly and launch capabilities, weapons, dual-use systems and technologies, and emerging space technologies.
Provide finished, all-source intelligence products to senior-level military and civilian personnel to assess, analyze, develop, coordinate, and publish USSPACECOM Intelligence products on the infrastructure, systems, components, employment, and vulnerabilities of all foreign space and counterspace systems.
Identify emerging threats and provide opportunities to counter adversaries within USSPACECOM's area of responsibility (AOR) for the Joint Intelligence Preparation of the Operational Environment (JIPOE).
Identify, collect, fuse, and analyze raw reporting across multiple-domain and multiple- intelligence disciplines within the Defense Intelligence Enterprise (DIE) to provide indications and warning (I&W), help define USSPACECOM targeting priorities and to protect and defend the U.S., allied, and partner nation military and commercial space capabilities.
Support planning, developing, collecting, recommending, and maintaining Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIR) to support the Commander's decision-making process, the execution of the Commander's Critical Information Requirements (CCIRs), and refinement of USSPACECOM counterspace warning process.
Adhere to the DIA Style Manual for Intelligence Production across all USSPACECOM finished, all-source, intelligence products, and requirements.
Active Top Secret (TS) clearance with access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI)
BA/BS (or equivalent experience), 5+ years of experience
The likely salary range for this position is $58,781 - $98,176, this is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary; rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
