The on-site Program Manager shall provide management, direction, administration, quality control, and leadership of the execution of specific responsibilities noted below:

•    Recruiting, retaining, maintaining and managing sufficient pool of qualified resources.
•    Planning, organizing, directing and controlling all administrative and technical requirements of the project/task order.
•    Develop and maintain corporate training and certification program to ensure SRPs are qualified and skill sets are progressing.
•    Identify management efficiencies and initiatives utilizing access to corporate resources to implement these efficiencies in processes and procedures.


  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • 7+ years of related Program Management experience on program of similar size, scope (similar kind of work) and complexity.
