GDIT is seeking a Technical Lab Lead to support our Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) program.
As the Technical Lab Lead for our ICAM program will be responsible for evaluating and testing solution capabilities, conducting Quality Assurance (QA), and related activities. You will be working day-to-day with internal and external engineering, development, integration, and program stakeholders and ensuring that lab activities are performed in accordance with program objectives, policies and regulations, and requirements.
This position is 100% remote
In this role, a typical day will include:
Work with senior leadership both internal and external on planning and executing tasks using Agile methodologies
Participate in Scrum calls
Active engagement with the program customer, providing expert guidance and solutioning
Provide scheduling and integration support as necessary to modify, change, or implement required engineering changes to the ICAM solution
Develop products such as plans, processes, briefs
Maintains configuration and asset management of lab systems and applicable equipment
Research current and emerging technologies and process methodologies and proposing changes and tailoring where needed.
Prepare and present test plan, technical presentations, and analyst briefings.
Provides expert guidance and leadership to less-experienced colleagues.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum active DoD Security Clearance of SECRET, or higher
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: BA/BS or equivalent, 10+ years of experience
Minimum active CompTIA Security+ certification, or higher
Five (5) + years’ experience supporting production, event and incident resolution, integration, and/or maintenance of IT systems and assets
Desired Qualifications:
Familiarization with DoD enterprise environments
Familiarization with Azure cloud environment
The likely salary range for this position is $92,000 - $138,000, this is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary; rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
