Our work depends on a Senior Integration Administrator to help support our Joint Service Provider Enterprise Transport Management - Next-Gen (JSP ETM - NG) program at the Pentagon in Arlington, VA.
Due to the nature of work this role entails, telecommuting is not allowed and will require the employee to report full-time onsite.
HOW OUR SENIOR INTEGRATION ADMINISTRATOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Deploy, configure, tests, and manage COTS products and customize tools to ensure applications meet documented Operations and Engineering program requirements.
Administers various Enterprise Management System applications that supports Engineering, Operations, and Security departments.
Assist with the development of system architectures and project plans.
Provides application maintenance patching, pilot testing, software upgrades, and deployment support of new software baselines for the Production environment.
Serves as a liaison with clients, participating in meetings to ensure client needs are met.
Maintains current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned.
Participates in special projects as required.
Competent to work at a technical level on all phases of application administration activities.
Excellent communication skills: is tactful, has effective listening skills and follow through.
Must be a consummate professional in both demeanor and attire.
Excellent attention to detail.
Develops and maintain documentation such as SOPs on existing and new applications.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED
Security Clearance Level: Active Top Secret clearance at the time of hire (with SCI eligibility)
Required Certifications: Active Security+ CE Certification and Active Computing Environment certification in compliance with Army Training & Certification Tracking System (ATCTS) requirements at time of hire.
Required Experience: 10+ years of experience in application engineering, administration, and analysis.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience.
Required Technical Skills: Single Sign On (SSO) Portal tool integration and administration. Aruba Clearpass. Open LDAP. RSA SecurID. Cisco and Juniper devices. Cisco ISE (TACACS, Radius, 802.1x). Red Hat Linux, Solaris, and Microsoft Windows Server 2008/2012 operating systems. Business Objects/Crystal Reports. Remedy Ticketing System. Strong knowledge of SNMP.
