GDIT is currently looking for a Production Control Manager in Support of the Regional Support Center in Kaiserslautern Germany to provide direct military support, to interface, integrate, upgrade,
acquired through years of and maintain United States proprietary low-density tactical Intelligence Electronic Warfare equipment repaired at the Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C41SR) Regional Support Center (RSC).
NOTE: Successful candidates will need to have an active Secret Clearance and be able to obtain TS/SCI clearance, and meet TESA requirements in order to be considered.
The Production Control Manager is a subordinate manager directing technical support, assigning technicians, allocating resources, and prioritizing work assignments for C41SR missions throughout the European Theater.
Must have technical expertise in complicated fault isolation of U.S. Army Intelligence Electronic Warfare and Command and Control systems, such as: Trojan, Prophet, Prophet Enhancement, Single Source Processor - SIGTNT, and All Source Analysis System. Is the direct interface to Department of the Army Program Managers and Project Leaders for maintenance issues to include quality assurance inspections, fieldings,
Engineering Change Proposals, and Quality Deficiency Reports on all tactical Intelligence Electronic Warfare and Command and Control systems.
Develops maintenance plans and ensures quality control inspections of completed bench work. Controls off-site technical repair of equipment wherever technicians are dispatched in support of U.S. Forces.
Provides technical assistance to U.S. Army customers in the design, acquisition, installation and quality control of specialized equipment. Provides formal and informal production control guidance to U.S. military personnel, both in garrison and in a tactical environment.
Deploys within 48 hours of notification to support U.S. Forces on all contingency operations and classified missions, including hazardous duty zones throughout Europen Theater of Operations.
Must be capable of traveling in an extended TDY (Temporary Duty) status with the U.S. Forces.

TESA Accreditation Requirements; A bachelor's degree plus 3 years of recent specialized experience, OR; An associate's degree plus 7 years of recent specialized experience, OR; A major certification plus 7 years of recent specialized experience, OR; 11 years of recent specialized experience should include managing the support of U.S. Military IEW or Command and Control systems. Experience must include exposure to hardware at the assembly, subsystem, and system level. Software experience should include an understanding of operating systems and application software.
Must have a current and active Secret clearance. May require up to a U.S. Department of Defense Top Secret Clearance/Special Background Investigation.
