The Contractor team shall support the Sponsor's Authorization and Digital Policy Management Services Division and work in collaboration with the Technical Director and Common Service Division, which delivers API's to customers.
The Contractor team shall augment the existing Authorization team and work with and at the direction of their contract PM and Scrum Master. The Contractor team will deliver these reverse query capabilities.
The Contractor team shall provide requirements collection and systems engineering support to engage with various mission partners within the Sponsor organization to collect requirements needed to deliver these “Query Decorators” initially in IC-Query Language (ICQL), and subsequently in other formats. The Contractor shall provide software development support which will provide client libraries software development kits or other appropriate software which will consume the decisions API, and provide a well-documented and understood transformation in ICQL and other specified formats. If requested, the Contractor shall support the common services team in the development, enhancement or maintenance of the decisions API and Spring Boot container to support these enhancements within the current API, at the direction of the Technical Director. The Contractor shall also provide systems engineering support to standup, and accredit the Reverse Query capability initially on the Sponsors enterprise Operating System, in a manner compliant with the Sponsor's SecDevOps principles. Subsequent deliveries may require containerized deployments. In conjunction with existing Information Security Systems Engineer's (ISSE's), the Contractor shall develop security documentation and update XACTA to maintain ATO's.

Demonstrated experience with Container Technology such as Docker, Kubernetes, etc.
Demonstrated experience with IC-Query Language (ICQL)
Familiarity with the security documentation requirements and XACTA
