In this role, a typical day will include:
Assisting in applying common best practices for the industry to the customer using a knowledge base to create conceptual business models, and to identifying relevant issues and considerations in selecting application software packages.
Assessing the operational and functional baseline of an organization and its organizational components, and helping to define the direction and strategy for an engagement while ensuring the organizational needs are being addressed.
Typical areas addressed include Human Resources, Finance, Supply, and operations.
Identifying information technology inadequacies and/or deficiencies that affect the functional area’s ability to support/meet organizational goals.
Generating functional area strategies for enhanced IT operations in a cross-functional area mode throughout the organization.
Participating in account strategy sessions, strategic assessments and design reviews to validate enterprise approach and associated work products, such as ERP implementations.
Coordinating the resolution of highly complex problems and tasks.
Working closely with colleagues and stakeholders to gain an in-depth understanding of critical business requirements.
BA/BS (or equivalent experience), 5+ years of experience
Experience using agile methodologies, principles, and practices to plan, manage and deliver solutions.
Experience mentoring and supporting scrum teams to follow agile values and principles.
Experience scheduling and facilitating scrum events and meetings.
Experience innovating through identifying and presenting Ideas, processes or methods to stakeholders which could improve solutions.
Working knowledge and expertise in evaluating the implications of changes.
Experience working in an Agile environment.
The likely salary range for this position is $84,538 - $126,806, this is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary; rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
