Job Description

As part of GDIT's Growth organization, the PTW group supports capture for the company’s most strategic bids.  The Price to Win Director is responsible for leading the analysis and development of deliverables ultimately leading to a winning bid price recommendation.  The successful candidate will have experience briefing senior leadership and “making the case” for the PTW recommendation.


  • Assess government RFP price evaluation models to determine the key cost and price levers for the evaluated bid price
  • Develop the probable competitive evaluated bid price range considering the RFP evaluation criteria, customer buying behaviors, and competitive positioning on non-price evaluation factors
  • Substantiate the probable bid range based on quantitative data such as customer budget data, salary and wrap rate modeling, labor profile modeling, industry benchmarks & metrics, reverse engineering of past bids, and expert judgment
  • Conduct business case analysis considering bid and execution models
  • Brief Senior Leadership and "make the case" for the PTW recommendation


  • 10+ yrs related experience in Pricing, Pricing Strategy, and/or PTW or relevant experience
  • 5+ years of specific PTW experience.
  • Demonstrated Price-to-Win experience supporting Intel Community opportunities
  • Obtain and maintain Top Secret security clearance
  • US citizenship required

In addition to the above, the successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in the following areas:

  • Complex IT infrastructure bids including managed services and “as a service” 
  • Complex software bids including Agile 
  • Mission services such as cyber, systems engineering, infrastructure, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous government contractor experience in IT services
  • TS/SCI clearance preferred

Salary and Benefit Information

The likely salary range for this position is $160,000 - $240,000, this is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary; rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
