GDIT is currently looking to hire a Agile Analyst for a Defense Threat Reduction Agency Data Science Program. the Program Manager performs day-to-day management of data science teams involved in designing, developing, integrating, training, testing, documenting, implementing, and maintaining complex systems. Organizes, directs, and coordinates planning, and production of all activities associated with the PWS.

Agile Analyst

Provides expertise on continuous process improvement strategies, organizational redesign, change management projects, and performance measures for basic business process engagements. Enters, maintains and tracks project data in JIRA. Identifies and analyzes business needs, conducts requirements gathering, and defines scope and objectives. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to identifying and eliminating duplication, outsourcing opportunities, streamlining, centralizing, business improvement processes, manufacturing improvement processes, and/or vendor selection. Uses quantitative analysis methodology to perform data, cost and benefit, and/or process measurement analysis. Researches industry trends for application of process improvement techniques and best practices. Must have familiarity with Agile processes and methodologies and have experience with JIRA.


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: BA/BS or equivalent, 2+ years of experience

Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI
