Performs a variety of operational duties, such as verification, approval, processing document revisions, and tracking of documents

Completes sorting, numbering, filing, scanning, printing, distributing, storing, categorizing documents, and retrieval of both electronic and hard copy documents   

Ensures all documentation meets compliance in support of regulatory and security practices

Documents non-compliance issues for resolution

Resolves most non-compliance issues independently

Archives inactive records and documents 

Handles records across various departments

Maintains confidentiality around sensitive documentation

Responds to customer inquiries for information

May coach and provide guidance to less-experienced professionals

May serve as a team or task lead

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: HS/GED, 5+ years of experience
