Please take this opportunity to join one of GDIT’s fastest long-standing growing programs!  US Battlefield Information Collection and Exploitation System eXtended (US BICES-X) is a cutting edge program supporting DoD intelligence information sharing on current and emerging global threats to mission and coalition partners and emerging nations. With an internationally dispersed team supporting each combatant command, the US BICES-X team is in direct support of the war fighter and their missions. We are seeking a creative and driven professional with a passion for solving real world issues on a cross-functional, fast paced team. 


  • Performs a variety of complex administrative and analytical tasks in support of a contract program.
  • Develops plans and schedules, and monitors tasks to meet contractual/project requirements for assigned program.
  • Acts as primary POC for Program Travel Request processing and administrative management.
  • Coordinates with other team members to provide enterprise support as needed.
  • Serve as liaison between program employees and local site POCs.
  • Interacts regularly with program employees and customers to ensure conformance with corporate, program and customer requirements.
  • Provides support to new employees during all phases of in-processing.
  • Provides out-processing support for employees leaving the site.
  • Maintain and update host country processes to ensure compliance by all employees.
  • May perform business development activities.
  • Participates in special projects as required.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of related business/program analysis experience.
  • BA/BS Degree in Business, Communications, Public Admin or related field – may substitute additional years of experience.
  • 5+ years of experience prioritizing project schedules, and customer deadlines
  • 5+ years demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office Applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills demonstrated by prior professional experience
  • Ability to multi-task across multiple projects as demonstrated by prior professional experience
  • Must possess a US SECRET Security Clearance and be capable obtaining a TS/SCI Security Clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • DoD contract experience preferred.
  • IT environment experience.

The likely salary range for this position is $60,087 - $90,130, this is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary; rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
