As a NAVY TRAINING ANALYST, EXPERT supporting a large, complex program, will support the GDIT’s Defense Division, Navy Marine Corps Business Area across a myriad of programs from business development, capture and proposal, through execution. Specifically, the Navy Training Network Analyst shall work with and support Portfolio Leads, Capture Managers, Line Managers, Proposal managers and Solution Architects by analyzing the Navy’s current capabilities and make recommendations to improve or enhance these capabilities across a variety of contracts focused on Navy Integrated Training.
Fifteen or more years’ Active-Duty Navy experience as a Warfare-qualified officer
DoD-issued Secret clearance and the ability to upgrade to Top Secret (SCI-eligible)
Direct experience within the last 5 years supporting Navy Training using the Navy’s Enterprise Tactical Training Network (NETTN)
Familiarity with AEGIS and/or SSDS Combat Systems
Familiarity with Navy shipboard network environment (ADNS, CANES)
Familiarity with Navy Satellite Communications (EFH, SHF, UHF)
It is also desired that the candidate shall possess:
Familiarity with Enterprise IT Management
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Familiarity with Navy Cybersecurity requirements including ATO and RMF
Software Development/Production in Agile environment – understanding how to deliver “Spiral” capability and production of Monthly/Quarterly updates.
