Performs a variety of technical and administrative support functions for training activities.

Organizes the schedule and location of trainings and ensures that the necessary resources and facilities are available to properly conduct training classes.

Coordinates the assembly and preparation of training materials/packets.

Coordinates the maintenance of training records, compilation of data, preparation of training related reports or surveys, and performs related work as required.

Prepares travel arrangements for Training Specialist and serves as administrative support for a variety of administrative tasks during training sessions.

May provide guidance to level II Training Coordinators.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: AA/AS (or equivalent), 3+ years of experience
