Our Intelligence & Homeland Security team as an exciting new opportunity for an Intelligence Ops Support. This is a Junior level position that will support our Headquarters Intelligence Operations.
Additional responsibilities will include:
Assist senior and division leadership in ensuring personnel administrative and logistical considerations are accomplished
Support travel activities, to include managing and facilitating Defense Travel System (DTS) activities, to include role as an Organizational Defense Travel Administrator (ODTA)
Manage tasks and requirements assigned, including preparing staff packages and/or correspondence to DIA/other senior leadership
Maintain senior leader calendars and/or scheduling engagements, and maintain rosters and organizational charts to ensure transparency and facilitate interaction with customers and stakeholders
Bachelors degree and a minimum of 3 years' experience conducting intelligence analysis, with at least a portion of the experience being within the past 2 years
TS/SCI with Poly. Or, the ability to obtain a Poly
Possess experience in project management , use of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), experience in requirements/task management tools such as COLISEUM, eTask, JSAP, or equivalent
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience working in a headquarters environment in support of senior government personnel
