At GDIT, we get work done. The Business Services Manager will oversee and drive management reporting and updates. In this role, you will be responsible for:
Working closely with the PM and DPM, as well as the Government, to establish realistic Service Level Agreements (SLAs) that meet the needs of all parties and exceeds the Government’s expectations
Collecting, analyzing, and reporting on performance metrics
Participating in monthly business reviews covering Service Level performance, reporting status, operational issues, and improvement opportunities
Ensuring that program reviews happen as scheduled, incorporating all management and SLA reporting and updates for timely cognizance and direction by the Customer
Oversee Process Management for the contract and ensure that the Process Asset Library (PAL) incorporates thorough and relevant documentation for program management
Identifying Continual Service Improvements and workings with service providers to develop Service Improvement Plans, monitor, and report on implementation
Developing and executing improvement plans
Participating in special projects as required
Bachelors Degree in a related discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, certifications, training, or work experience.
Must hold an active TS/SCI with Poly
5+ years of relevant work experience in customer engagement providing IT Infrastructure services, developing Service Level Agreements and Operating Level Agreements, and integrating and maintaining service portfolios.
Excellent customer service skills to understand customer representative’s concerns and requirements.
Ability to put together comprehensive business cases, requirements documents, and presentations.
