In this role you will provide manpower and training support in Everett, WA; analyze job and training requirements; develop crew scheduling and phasing plan and maintain training records.

Manages subordinate managers and/or experienced training professionals who exercise latitude and independence.

Advises subordinates to meet schedules and/or resolve significant technical problems.

Develops and administers schedule, performance requirements; may have budget responsibilities.

Identifies training needs and priorities by working with business leaders and critical stakeholders

Understands organizational objectives.

Designs team strategy and strategy for execution

Manages vendor relationships.

Leads stakeholder engagement.

Advises and provides thought leadership in support of departmental and divisional projects

Develops policies and procedures to address findings in metrics evaluation feedback.

Leads assessment activities, provides detailed analysis and strategically diagnoses training inefficiencies along with synthesizing research findings, leading to the creation of solution-oriented measures that will improve training programs

Leads strategy and decision making processes addressing highly complex challenges pertaining the training platforms, processes and programs.

SCOPE: Manages a medium to large team or department focused on multiple areas. Medium to High complexity.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 2 years Pre-commissioning experience.
