Contracts Administrator Senior Advisor -TS SCI

Job Description

Eagle Alliance, a GDIT Partnership, is seeking a Senior Contracts Advisor with a diverse set of experiences to join the team. This position would focus on supporting the program in developing proposals, program contract activities and customer engagement.

The ideal individual will be experienced in providing Contracts expertise in risk assessment, have an ability to apply strategic resolutions to address business and programmatic risks, as well as identifying & analyzing complex and strategic contract matters. This position requires a significantly agile mindset, clear communication style with contractual knowledge and strong business and customer acumen.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provides advice and interpretation of solicitation requirements.
• Reviews solicitation requests and Eagle Alliance proposal volumes to proactively identify and mitigate risk areas and ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
• Active participant on proposal team which includes pricing and scheduling strategy, coordination of requirements, and advance understanding of proposal risk assessment.
• Coordinates and communicates with program directors, vice presidents and all matrixed organizations to ensure contract requirements are fulfilled.
• Maintains heightened knowledge of relevant industry and changing contractual procedures and practices.
• Actively maintains an extensive network with industry peers, business teams, and acquisition leadership across Eagle Alliance.
• Leads special projects as required.
• Operates independently to resolve issues across other support areas and business division staff.
• Clearance Required:  TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Knowledge of the practices, procedures, and processes involved in contracts administration and proposal activities.
• Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, terms, conditions, and policies governing assigned contracts, including FAR and applicable Agency Supplements, and CAS.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills to independently correspond orally and in writing to company and customer leadership.
• 10 years of Contracts, Subcontracts Administration or Procurement experience
