GDIT is seeking a candidate for the position of Human Factor Level 4, on a TSA contract which requires the following:
Applicants must be U.S. citizen and possess an active TSA Suitability and Secret Clearance.
Conducts the research and analysis necessary to develop statistical assessment of human factors involved in the usage of imaging technology and other TSA designated equipment and applications. Generate reports on the viability of equipment in an operational security screening environment as it relates to human usage, throughput, usability, stress, and physical and mental facility. Provide written and oral presentation of all report data as needed.
Must have a BA/B.S. degree and M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology with at least 2 years of experience working on test design, development, validation, and cut score setting.
