**Position requires an in-scope TS/SCI clearance and polygraph.


Core hours: 0900-1500. The AA will monitor check-in/out procedures and ensure the process is adhered to for all arriving/departing personnel. Provide conference manager support for all Office conference rooms via the Sponsor system for scheduling rooms or Outlook calendars for both internal and external room requests. The AA will serve as the vault custodian serve as T&A for office personnel greet and/or escort all office visitors and guests and occasionally submit visitor access requests for external visitors. Calendar support to Division Chief and D. Chief, which should take about 10% of the AA's time. Maintain schedule of appointments, coordinate meetings, and follow-up on requirements bringing them to completion for a manager or others in the work unit. Ensure meetings are added to Senior Executives calendars and calendar meeting conflicts are mitigated. Order office supplies, order computer accessories and printers; arrange repairs for office equipment and facility repairs, direct group member's questions to the appropriate group/location. Provide backup duties to include support to the Division FO. Provide travel arrangements for C/DC. May teach, train and guide new contractor AA's to instill best administrative practices. Serve as action officer and monitoring ongoing completion of actions, making sure that tasks are on the Senior's radar and that the Office responds in a timely manner. Routing and formatting of memorandums for the office. Light proof-reading is required. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, to include a basic proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, and an Intermediate proficiency with Outlook. Customer is willing to train on Sponsor systems that are specific to the job.

Associates Degree in a related business discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience.



5-8 years of related administrative experience.
