Seeking a Junior Asset Management Coordinator to join our team.

Contract requires US Citizenship.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day-to-day property functions for the Priority Telecommunications Services (PTS) Program.
  • Ensure that all property transactions are properly documented, that the documents are logged and stored/retained in the program document library, and that all Government Property is properly identified or tagged.
  • Initiate and/or update the contract or Program property records, including individual asset records in the asset management system, to reflect all property transactions – to include shipping and receiving, and equipment returns.
  • Perform physical inventories and reporting.
  • Coordinate equipment delivery to appropriate locations, remotely oversee installation and power-up unit testing.
  • Must be able to handle items weighing up to 40 pounds.

Basic Qualifications: Manages government property and assets in accordance with contract requirements, approved procedures, and government regulations  DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: BA/BS, 0+ years experience
