Work directly with GDIT to build relationships with program managers and personnel and identify inter-company leads.
Build relationships with onsite personnel to identify technical baseline and potential needs.
Build relationships with technical product vendors to solidify sales opportunities.
Use selling and influencing skills to set up qualified appointments.
Work closely with other customer liaisons, inside sales, partners, and management.
Create and maintain charts of accounts mapping technical capabilities and needs of supported programs.
Create and maintain accurate forecasts of potential sales opportunities.
Work opportunities from identification through closure.
Attend customer meetings, conferences, and working groups as necessary.
Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
Strong personal, phone, and written customer communication skills.
Ability to make formal and informal presentation to staff and clients.
Ability to prioritize work assignments and shift work efforts based on the needs of the department or business goals.
Ability to manage time effectively, work independently and be self-motivated.
Demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
Contributing to the successful completion of project initiatives.
Bachelor of Science degree (or higher) or equivalent military work experience.
Minimum ten years of experience working with classified government programs.
Proven track record of setting, tracking, and achieving target goals.
Knowledge of both hardware and software systems.
Hands-on technical experience strongly preferred.
Sales experience preferred.
