Responsible for recruiting & staffing local “Mission” cadre to meet customer requirements. Coordinates, tracks, and oversees each candidate’s completion of the on-boarding process through the various departments. i.e. recruiting, subcontracts, security, in-briefing & training, to their placement on a team.
Responsible for recruiting & staffing “Surge” cadre to meet customer requirements on an increasingly “as needed” basis or during peak times, i.e. away trips and forecasted future increased demand.
Coordinate, schedule, and conduct training of ALL new IC’s to support Tiger.
Develops Teams to meet customer’s “Diversity” and “Training” execution quality requirements.
Manage and evaluate exercise execution as well as verbal/written feedback “product deliverables” to ensure requirements are being met and/or exceeded.
Coordinate and institute process improvements to increase end product quality in the areas of recruiting, training, and reporting in order to increase customer satisfaction w/ our products and services.
Serves as “City Manager” during away trips.
