Our work depends on Telecommunications Analyst Associate joining our team to develop, program, manage and execute Air Force enterprise-level Defense Information Systems Network Lead Command long-haul telecommunications requirements and responsibilities.
HOW A TELECOMMUNICATIONS ANALYST ASSOCIATE WILL MAKE AN IMPACT ● Provide communications provisioning, policy and technical support for the Air Force DISN Lead Command, Air Force Major Commands, Field Operating Units, and other Air Force organizations requiring enterprise-level telecommunications services. ● Assist government staff in completing relevant tasks levied on the Air Force Long Haul Communications (AFLHC) Office at the Air Force Cyberspace Capabilities Center (HQ CCC/CYX) from time to time as are relevant to AFLHC mission oversight and the purposes of the contract. ● Analyze customer requirements and assist the customer with the processes for ordering, provisioning, activating DoD telecommunications services
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED: ● Required Experience: 2+ years of related experience ● Required Technical Skills: Have a good working knowledge of the architecture and components of the DISN and Air Force Information Networks ● Security Clearance Level: Secret ● Required Skills and Abilities:
- Possess an understanding of the Air Force’s organizational structure and installations.
- Experience in ordering, provisioning, and activating network telecommunications services in the Department of Defense (DoD) using applications such as DISA Store Front (DDSF), the Air Force’s Telecommunications Certification Office Support System (TCOSS), and other DISA provisioning resources.
- Experience working on project teams with other IT professionals.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications particularly Microsoft Access databases and Microsoft Excel spreadsheets ● Location: Hybrid ● US Citizenship Required
