Role:

  • Provide project/task management support to design, implement, and monitor strategic, innovation solutions aimed at increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of multiple lines of business. Collaborate with multiple stakeholders from different disciplines to carry out innovative solutions. Identify and propose solutions that will accurately convey key messages and themes to all stakeholders.
  • Manage and develop project plans, schedule and operating procedures, and manage program-level client interactions. Support deliverable tracking and management reporting.  Regularly report progress and achievements to clients and Program Manager and directly resolve issues and mitigate emerging risks and promptly escalate them when necessary.
  • Create executive briefings (MS PowerPoint, MS Schedule, MS Visio, etc.) to convey status of program/project to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Leverage solid facilitation skills to lead multi-disciplined stakeholder meetings to achieve results and outcomes in support of high-visibility implementation of initiatives and projects.
  • Develop baseline metrics, measures, and analysis techniques for evaluating the effectiveness of programs, initiatives, and services.
  • Leverage best practice strategic planning principles, theories, and methodologies to advise on and guide organizational vision, organizational transformation, and change management initiatives.

You Have:

  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively as a team member.
  • BA or BS degree, with 5+ years of experience.
  • Experience in MS PowerPoint, SharePoint, MS Teams, MS Publisher, MS Project.
  • Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills.

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with conducting problem identification, analysis, including research or information gathering, and identifying recommendations or resolutions under tight deadlines and time constraints.

Clearance:

  • Current U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) BI Clearance or Top Secret/Secret Clearance preferred or ability to obtain one.
