Write and maintain software System Requirements Specifications documentation
Write and maintain software system test plan documentation.
Perform software system testing.
Write and maintain software Help files
Work Closely with external and internal customers, software development staff, and task leadership.
Collaborate with internal and external customers to formulate system requirements Provide first level customer assistance.
Assist with maintenance of Microsoft Team Foundation server work item descriptions and details.
Utilize custom software to research and report requested data.
Coordinate and provide system training
Log all efforts, customer calls, emails and activities
Provide weekly and monthly activity reports Perform application administrative duties
Required Skills and Proficiencies:
