In this role you will:

  • Analysis, design, coding, testing, and support of complex systems and enhancements to meet end user needs
  • Developing a strong understanding of the function of all systems that interface with their assigned application in order to effectively support and improve the ongoing architecture of related applications
  • Plans, organizes, documents, coordinates, and schedules all work in the development of assigned tasks
  • May lead or supervised the assignments of other team members
  • Observes standards and guidelines and maintains documentation including data and object models
  • Use your knowledge and experience with Agile Methodologies and SDLC practices
  • Use experience with project planning/management to do capacity planning and prepare cost estimates
  • Use experience with change management and configuration manager (VersionOne, ServiceNow, etc)
  • Lead and facilitate discussions across multiple groups


  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience of Security Assertion markup language (SAML)
  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience with containers, DevSecOps, Secure Coding practices, and the Solutions Development Framework (docker, Jenkins, GitLab)
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Preferred experience with one or more of the following: J2EE, SQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, UNIX Scripts, JQuery, Bootstrap, REST, Eclipse, RAD, VSCode, Notepad++, Oracle SQL Developer, WebSphere, Wildfly, Tomcat, Subversion, ALM, VersionOne, Jenkins/EBS

The security clearance for this program requires the selected candidate to have resided in the US for the past five years. The selected candidate cannot have left the country for longer than 90 consecutive days and no more than 180 cumulative days.
