The Joint Strike Fighter (JSF) F-35 IT program support contract provides knowledge-based, information assurance and cybersecurity IT services to the F-35 Lightning II Joint Program Office (JPO). Our services include program management, enterprise performance management, enterprise architecture, implementation of emerging capabilities and requirements, life cycle management, operations & maintenance, enterprise data management, service desk support and IT training. 

We are currently seeking a SharePoint Migration Consultant.

Lead migrations and modernizations from SharePoint on-premises and non-Microsoft platforms to SharePoint Online and Office 365.  Collaborate as part of larger delivery teams which include a Project Manager, SharePoint Administrators and Developers, change management professionals and client personnel.  Provide status updates, identify risk and issues, resolve technical issues, share best practices with internal team members and clients and coordinate with the SharePoint Online Migration Project Manager to manage client expectations throughout the project.

Minimum Experience Required:

  • Six (6) years of SharePoint experience, to include: SharePoint migration, administration and developer experience with SharePoint 2010, 2013, 2016 and/or SharePoint Online  
  • Three (3) years of experience in designing and implementing workflows; designing and architecting intranet, extranet and portal solution; writing and running SharePoint Online PowerShell scripts in Office 365.  Experience may be concurrent.
  • One (1) year of consulting experience and proven ability to gather and assess business requirements, develop and present solution alternatives, produce design and migration strategy documents, provide guidance and knowledge transfer to client staff, and test / implement an approved design
  • Possess detailed SharePoint product knowledge and understanding of SharePoint 2013/2016 and Online features
  • Experience migrating from on-premises SharePoint to SharePoint Online
  • Experience using DocAve SharePoint Migrator
  • Solid understanding of SharePoint Online and Office 365 Administration
  • Microsoft SharePoint Certification (i.e. MCSA, MCSE,  Microsoft 365 Certified: Teamwork Administrator Associate)

Minimum Education Required:

  • BS or BA degree in Computer Science, Engineering or an Information Technology.
  • ALLOWABLE SUBSTUTION: Six (6) years of related experience or four (4) years of related experience with an AA/AS degree.

Minimum Experience Required:

  • Six (6) years of experience, to include: Software Design, Development, and Test and Evaluation. 
  • Three (3) years of experience in database development, web page design, computer based training development, and using .NET tools and .net integrated development environment tools, asp.net, SQL Server, and HTML editor tools. Experience may be concurrent.
  • Intermediate level industry certification from one of the following: Microsoft, AWS, Sun, Red Hat, Oracle, CompTIA or relevant technology (or achieve within six months of hiring).
  • IAT Level II baseline certification in accordance with DoD 8570.01-M, Information Assurance Workforce Improvement Program, (or achieve within six months of TOA or hiring)

Security Clearance: Secret clearance based upon a SSBI or SSBI-PR completed within the past five years.
