Strong knowledge of office software skills including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint and prior experience with SAP a plus
Experience with or knowledge of Government Grants or Cooperate Agreements is especially useful

4 years of experience in professional procurement, purchasing or contracts, preferably in a Government agency. This should include the drafting of complex contracts, including provisions, and solicitation documents. Possession of a directly related post-graduate degree may be substituted for one of the two years of required experience.
A high school diploma and work experience that is directly related to the area of employment. A bachelors degree maybe substituted for required work experience. Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of staff both verbally and in writing. He/she must have good computer skills and the ability to learn and implement new programs as assigned.
