•             General Outboard Engine Knowledge, Operations and Functionality

•             Ability to Interpret and Understand Outboard Manuals

•             Basic Computer Knowledge and Skills

•             Mechanical Skill to support Outboard Disassembly, Repair, Overhaul, Assembly and Test

•             Ability to Work with Outboard Lifting and Maintenance Support Equipment


•             Administration Maintenance Outboard Programing

•             Trouble Shooting and Outboard Inspection Experience

•             Outboard Computer Interactive Diagnostics Tools & Skills

•             Multi-Fuel Outboard Functionality Experience


Associate's degree or equivalent experience
