Job Description

Builds and codes applications and/or models using various computer programming languages.

Provides guidance in designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining operating systems and operating system software.

Provides guidance for programmers with the installation of enhancements and performing updates to software of existing systems, including middleware and application programs that run on the system.

Advises team troubleshooting of complex problems and provide customer support for software systems and application issues.

Provides guidance to team debugging problems with system software. Provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Provides guidance to team performing maintenance tasks to keep systems running smoothly.

Provides guidance and work leadership to less-experienced programmers.

May serve as a team or task leader. (Not a people manager)

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • ServiceNow experience necessary

  • 2 - 8+ years of overall experience

  • Secret clearance

  • BA/BS (or equivalent experience)

The likely salary range for this position is $87,025 - $145,332, this is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary; rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
