Our work depends on a Performance Manager joining our team to support the Department of Energy’s National Nuclear Security Administration.
The National Nuclear Security Administration IT Managed Services (NIMS) is an exciting program performing IT support for the Department of Energy's organization responsible for enhancing national security through the application of nuclear science by maintaining and enhancing the safety, security, and effectiveness of the US nuclear weapons stockpile. This support is provided in several locations across the US giving employees great options for geographically diverse work locations. The primary goal of the program will be to support the NNSA Associate Administrator for Information Management and Chief Information Officer (OCIO) in modernizing its IT and Cybersecurity Infrastructure and transforming current IT and Cybersecurity services to a managed service environment.
At GDIT, people are our differentiator. As a Performance Manager you will be responsible for developing efficient and accurate systems to collect and analyze IT performance data and establish best practices for achieving performance objectives.
Further responsibilities include:
Establish performance objectives and update in accordance with changing requirements.
Conduct and present statistical performance analysis with identification and reporting of technical barriers to performance.
Recommend solutions for resolving performance barriers.
Provide training and development to other Task Order managers on best practices.
Lead, develop, and inspire teams.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
10 years experience in IT systems.
3 years experience in performance management.
High School diploma or equivalent; preference for college degree in technical field.
DOE Q, L, or TS clearance.
