The Senior Business Administrator leads business operations of a contract providing mission support services to grant-funded care providers. Activities include administration, financial planning, and logistics.
Assists the Program Manager with invoices and other financial and expenditure tracking needs
Prepares reports on the current status of the program and other recipients as needed
Provides support to contract staff to ensure compliance with corporate policies and contractual requirements
Maintains a repository of business processes, financial records, program deliverables, and project plans
Recommends, interprets, and/or implements company and internal administrative policies and procedures.
Gathers, collects, records, tracks, verifies, and analyzes data and information from multiple sources.
Performs a variety of detailed financial and administrative responsibilities including logistics, and day-today activities such as budgeting, reporting, estimating, analysis and coordination
Compile various contract, program, and financial data for use in the preparation of reports, such as monthly status reports
Assists in establishing budgets and schedules, monitoring performance against plan, and provides status reporting
Emphasis is on day-to-day administration, planning and tracking
Maintain financial databases, analyze data, and develop report
Participate in budget preparation and monitor expenses
BA/BS with 5+ years of experience supporting a federal contract
Experience supporting a remote workforce
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with financial tools, procurement, invoice reviews, budgeting
Experience working with functional departments such as Finance, Contracts, and Billing
Experience with MS Office, including SharePoint and Excel
Must be flexible
