Create, maintain and support system documentation.
Provide SCA training and make training resources available to end-users.
Assist other SharePoint administrators supporting enterprise applications and farm health.
Troubleshoot and remediate technical issues.
Access servers/virtual machines on which the AES environment is installed in order to query logs and database information.
Test system changes to verify they have not impacted the AES environment.
Assist with the setup, configuration, and management of SharePoint application features, functions, and services.
Work with other team administrators to research solutions.
Basic knowledge and understanding of SharePoint infrastructure technologies such as database, network, security, server, storage, and workstations
Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills
Previous classroom or work experience with collaboration services and system hardening.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Entry-level PowerShell scripting experience
1-5 years of Systems Administration experience with 2-3 years of SharePoint administration experience
BA/BS or equivalent years of experience.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret DoD Security Clearance
8570 certification: IAT Level II Certification (Security+ CE, CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, , CND, or SSCP)
Microsoft 365 Certified: Developer Associate certification or equivalent within 6 months of hire date
