Scrum Master – Expert: TS/SCI + Polygraph

Scrum Master/PM candidate may have experience implementing Salesforce end-to-end and possess in-depth knowledge of the capabilities and limitations of Salesforce. The right candidate can be functional and hands-on, but will routinely work with product owners, stakeholders, and IT managers and developers. The responsibility will require gathering and analyzing business requirements and converting them into effective Salesforce solutions. They also usually run, manage and analyze the salesforce implementations to complete a fully accredited system.
 

Required Skills

• Experience gathering and communicating requirements for a team of software developers

• Experience as a scrum master and familiarity with Agile Development Best Practices to include the following:
  • Project kick off, planning, design and delivery
  • Manage teams to deliver full lifecycle Salesforce implementations from inception to roll-out
  • Lead and manage the project team
  • Change management
  • Stakeholder engagement
  • Documenting baseline information and requirements
  • Developing and defining project roadmaps
  • Run demos and gather feedback
  • Monitor and manage releases and bug fixes
  • Prioritize backlogs of feature requests from the business
  • Evaluating the developed implementations
  • Applying best DevSecOps methodology
  • Resolving issues during testing
• Experience and familiarity using Microsoft Office, Visio, JIRA, and SharePoint
• May also perform high level technical services on assigned tasks
• Conducts planning and provides recommendations to client on task workload.
• Attends customer meetings and may serve as primary client liaison.
• Interacts with vendors, other agencies, and other client staff on behalf of the client.
• Coordinates and assists with timely implementation of all SDLC activities.
• Ensures quality assurance of project deliverables.
• Maintains current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned.
• Effective communicator able to prioritize and account for project tasks

• Minimum of 15 years related experience. 

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience with ICD 503 , NIST SP 800-53 and 800-37 publications and practical implementation
• Experience managing low-code development activities within PaaS environments (ServiceNow, Salesforce)
• Documented experience with using metrics to drive decision making and innovation
  Certifications CSM, PMI-ACP, PMP
