Process, request, pay and track Credit Card and Check payments using Norad / OneVizion.
Create Weekly Roll-Up trackers, gather AT&T and General Dynamics approvals as required, risk funding.
Assist with office supply orders for Hayward, Ontario, and Auburn offices.
Process RE097-RE060 for SAQ and CON

Market Notary

Assist Warehouse Team with EHS Updates and conduct of office wide Safety Drills- PNW WAREHOUSE-AUBURN WA
Gather and upload closeout documentation and information to FileTrac and OneVizion for RE020 and RE097 milestones.
Track, log, and request Business Licenses, per Jurisdiction.

Track, log, and request COI’s.
Create outgoing documents and materials shipments, via FedEx. Allocate Fed Ex charges on a bi-monthly basis.

Other Site Acquisition Duties as assigned-Leases/Permits and Closeouts
