GDIT is seeking a Senior Capture Manager for the Defense Division to join our outstanding Capture growth team! You will be responsible for driving the business development processes in concert with our business development executives and solution architects. You will lead the development and execution of win strategies from opportunity qualification through proposal submission and enterprise-level bid opportunities from $50M to $500M as an individual contributor.

Duties include but are not limited to:
Work in conjunction with Business Development to for develop and execute capture strategies for assigned opportunities to secure new and/or re-compete contracts
Responsible for development of the entire win strategy to include win theme development, solutions development, competitive assessments, shaping strategy, teaming strategy, Price-to-Win, pricing strategy, and bid/no-bid recommendations to senior management (based on a price to win and other competitive assessments).
Managing the effective execution of capture pursuits, following the business development process and gate controls, tracking performance to cost and schedule, and communicating ongoing capture status to leadership
Develop and maintain high quality relationships with internal and external customers and partners.
Shape opportunities and our position throughout the opportunity life-cycle to increase probability of win through every phase of the growth lifecycle.

Establish value added teaming strategies and competitive pricing structures to create a profitable return at a winning cost
Develop marketing strategies and providing input into market account plans with assigned account BD and P&L leaders that align with the company's strategic plan
8+ years of experience in Capture/Business Development and a recent track record of successfully leading capture opportunities in excess of $100M
Strong background in leading captures focused on IT Services, Lifecycle SW development, Cloud and Cyber solutions, and defense mission focused program support offerings
Experience with corporate investment and procurement processes
Ability to think strategically, solve problems, and lead cross-functional teams through collaboration
Active Secret Clearance or higher
DoD capture experience
