As a Enterprise Operations Task Lead supporting a federal government customer, you will be trusted to manage and control the work performed that provides the customer Enterprise-wide IT services to support for the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) One Information Technology (One IT) team.
In this role, a typical day will include:
The team also supports approximately 14,000 clients at twenty-four locations in the Continental United States. The Enterprise Operations Task Lead serves as the single point of contact for all technical services provided under this task. The Enterprise Operations Task Lead shall manage staff, direct work activities, ensure high-quality of services, and lead key discussions from both business and technical perspectives.
Manages and controls the work performed National Industrial Security Programs (NISP) National Industrial Security Systems (NISS) and National Background Investigation Services (NBIS) applications and hardware support, and related IT services to support for the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) One Information Technology (One IT) team.
Manages team supporting approximately 14,000 clients at twenty-four locations in the Continental United States.
Serves as the single point of contact for all technical services provided under this task.
Manage staff, direct work activities, ensure high-quality of services, and lead key discussions from both business and technical perspectives.
Participates in special projects as required
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Possesses a DoD 8570.01-m Approved Certification, Information Assurance Manager (IAM) Level III (one of the following CISM, CISSP(or Associate), GSLC, or CCISO)
Possess a minimum of five years of experience managing IT Enterprise Operations and managing/leading enterprise operations center staff performing Network Support, Server and Storage Operations and Administration, and DR requirements in an environment similar in size scope and complexity to the TO.
Possess a minimum of five years of experience supporting a geographically dispersed network infrastructure with multiple classification levels (e.g., NIPR, SIPR, JWICS).
A Top Secret eligible for SCI Clearance is required.
BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military/customer experience
Experience overseeing the execution of complex technical projects in the areas of IT infrastructure migration and cloud-based adoption.
Experience deploying and operating secure systems in the DoD.
Experience in lifecycle enterprise vulnerability management.
Experience executing requirements using the RMF.
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience using data management tools, and proficiency in Microsoft Office
Proven organization, problem solving and time management skills
Experience with staffing and recruiting software tools, such as Workday, is desired.
