The General Clerk II/Office Assistant is the face of GDIT for the local Sierra Vista office. As the Office Assistant, responsibilities will include front desk duties and facility duties while maintaining positive attitude and attention to detail. This position is in support of the section director and the various PM's, as well as others who use the facility.

Responsibilities:

  • Order Office supplies

  • Track and audit facilities equipment

  • Audit program timecards

  • Arrange maintenance of building

  • Receive deliveries

  • Receive and escort visitors

Required Qualifications:

  • High School graduate

  • Ability to get a Secret Clearance.

  • Extensive knowledge of Office products (Word, Outlook, Excel)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Some college preferred

  • Procurement experience

  • Logistics experience

  • Office administration experience
