The AA will become an integral part of the team, and is expected to have good judgment and maintain professional decorum, possess excellent team skills, must be well organized as they will assist the team to maintain its project files within the shared drive and on Sharepoint, and assist in scheduling meetings/managing calendars. Must have good verbal/written skills. Arrival and departure times are flexible between 6:30 AM and 6:00 PM. Some physical activity is required (such as producing copies for meetings, lifting 5-10 pounds, and obtaining and putting office supplies into the overhead cabinets). There is no travel required for this position. It is strongly preferred that the AA be proficient with use of shared drives; Microsoft Outlook and Calendar, SharePoint, internal training software and access control software. It is preferred that the candidate have experience managing content and administering updates to the shared drives and to SharePoint. AA is expected to have used SharePoint previously and be a self-starter to rapidly get up to speed and become proficient in its use within the office.
