Supports a 24/7 Department of Defense intelligence “Help Desk” called the Intelligence Support Center. Provides users across the international intelligence enterprise with a “one stop shop” for information sharing solutions, and assistance with access and permissions on hosted SharePoint sites. Requirements and duties include:
Current TS / SCI
Associates degree with 7 years experience in the intelligence community or a High School Diploma with 9 years experience in the intelligence community
Respond to customer phone calls (commercial, SIPR-VOIP, JWICS-VOIP, BICES-VOIP)
Respond to messages on email accounts across all networks including NIPRNet, SIPRNet, JWICS, NSANET, Stone Ghost, CENTRIXS-SWA, CENTRIXS-KOREA, and BICES
Maintain and Intelligence Support Center SOP
Provide Tier 1 technical support (i.e. password unlock/change/reset; new user account creation; managing site permissions and site manager contacts; establish requirements for new site collection requests; customize site collection and web parts; basic troubleshooting and referrals to Tier 2
Provide Tier 2 technical support (i.e. troubleshooting error correlation IDs with SharePoint administrators; performing ping, tracert, DNS lookup commands to troubleshoot website outages; modifying and customizing SharePoint portals using SharePoint Designer; forwarding all higher level support requests to the appropriate Government lead).
Perform SharePoint site collection management of multiple site collections within a 250+ site collection farm.
Serve as the main point of contact for SharePoint users to resolve technical or access issues.
Manage site permissions for SharePoint users within the multiple site collections.
Conduct Data Transfer Agent for the customer, facilitating mission-related cross domain requests throughout the command
Provide file transfer services across networks for all requesting individuals in the command, in accordance with the customer File Transfer SOP.
