Join the team of men and women that solve some of the world’s most complex technical challenges. GDIT is seeking a Senior Information Assurance Lead with Air Force ISR experience to join the GDIT on potential new work at Lackland AFB, VA.

  • Develop and review information systems security policies and reports to address information system security concerns.
  • Ensure IA requirements are incorporated in system development and sustainment activities.
  • Ensure IA requirements are incorporated in system development and sustainment activities.
  • Provide written and oral reports on all security incidents to Division and OC leadership and execute corrective security procedures as directed by IA.
  • Provide SME supporting all areas of cybersecurity, including: physical, administrative, computer, and operations.
  • Provide written security documentation and reports.
  • Must be a SME in the Risk Management Framework (RMF)
  • Monitor and provide written report, IAW, IC and USCYBERCOM directives and policy, the status of security measures established by the DNI and USCYBERCOM and related authorizing officials that protect and defend information and information systems, web-based services, remote hosted applications, discovery, storage, operating systems, public key infrastructure (PKI), and other information technology components and applications.
  • Create, edit, and review security accreditation and authorization (A&A –formerly called certification and accreditation, C&A) packages for both IC and USCYBERCOM networks.
  • Input data into appropriate A&A tool.
  • The current toolsets used are XACTA and eMASS.
  • Review logical network drawings, configurations, and control parameters to ensure they are current. Review documentation required to certify new hardware and software systems for deployment.
  • Monitor and administer the vulnerability and compliance scan tool (currently ACAS). The contractor shall remain current on required training if another vulnerability and compliance scan system is integrated as part of applicable IC and USCYBERCOM enterprise security measures.
  • or vulnerability and compliance reports and conduct system auditing as required.
  • Track and provide written results in a report to appropriate Government entity for review IAW standard operating procedures.
  • Support the submission of required security documentation for accreditation and authorization (e.g., logical network drawings, configurations, and control parameters
  • Support security tests and evaluations including Security Control Assessor (SCA) assessments; monitor and review Intelligence Community Vulnerability Alerts (ICVA) and Intelligence Community Vulnerability Bulletins (ICVB) and be able to distinguish when local systems are affected, track and provide a report to IA security updates required on local JICC systems.
  • Provide technical support for all operational, testing, and sustainment equipment needs to include coordinating integration on all DoD networks. 
  • Provide information security oversight and management for monitoring the operational and functional security of systems to include but not limited to site and user operations. 
  • Ensure standard configuration management practices in accordance with (IAW) MIL-HDBK-61B (A009) are followed in regards to network, software, hardware, and documentation.

Required Qualifications:

CISSP, CISM, GIAC, GSLC, or CISO

Min of 5 yrs IA experience

TS/SCI Clearance
