Performs a variety of complex administrative and analytical tasks in support of a contract program.
Develops plans, including budgets and schedules, and monitors tasks to meet contractual/project requirements for assigned program.
Establishes and defines program plan requirements and performs in-depth studies to determine optimum program plans.
Monitors and reports performance against plans to ensure contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are met.
Interacts regularly with customers and other industry representatives to ensure conformance to customer requirements.
May perform business development activities.
Participates in special projects as required.
May provide guidance and work leadership to less-experienced analysts.
Clearance: Top Secret
TESA eligibility/certification required.
Required Experience: Minimum 5+ years Resource Management experience to include working with customers and program management, analyzing program documentation, identifying staffing requirements, developing staffing plans, assisting with recruiting and retention, status reporting, and forecasting to support future/evolving requirements.
Minimum Education: A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with a curriculum or major field of study which is closely related to the work to be automated, and/or in a computer science, information system, a physical science, engineering or a mathematics-intensive discipline.
