Performs a variety of general administrative and operational tasks in support of the day-to-day operations of an office, group, or customer in a highly cleared environment. Core Hours will be 9-2. Responsible for submitting access requests. Prepare vouchers and travel arrangements. Develop and implement new check in/check-out process to include FAQs and How to guide. Responsible for updating POC lists. Track status of memos/packages. Prepare panel books, mailing archiving, filing ,faxing, copying, and scanning documents.Lead Front Office actions. Compile weekly status reports. Attend/participate in meetings. Keep management informed on pertinent matters. Excellent verbal and communication skills. Excellent editing/proofreading skills. Experience in taking minutes, detailed notes for Seniors. Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
