At GDIT, people are our differentiator. As a Change Analyst supporting JSP ETM, you will be trusted to create and execute change management strategies to support changes required by a project or initiative. This position will support the design, development, delivery and management of change communications. In this role, a typical day will include:

  • Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities

  • Apply a change management processes and tools to create a strategy that supports adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.

  • Support the design, development, delivery, and management of communications.

  • Assess the change impact

  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.

  • Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs.

  • Identify and manage anticipated resistance

  • Manage stakeholders

  • Track and report issues

  • Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress

  • Support change management at the organizational level

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications, training, or work experience

Required Skills & Experience

  • Active Secret DoD clearance

  • 2+ years in change management desired (Will accept candidates with a combination of at least 5 combined total years of QA/QC & Engineering experience.)

  • Knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools

  • Must be willing to usher stakeholders through every aspect of a change

  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle

  • Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts

  • Excellent communicator
